I think I repel technology

So today was the day I found out if my computer could be fixed. The short answer is yes, it can. The long answer is that it costs about the same amount to fix it as it would to buy a new one.... making it more or less pointless to fix.

My laptop is 6 years old... at it's time it was the best of the best... now the cheapest MacBook blows it out of the water.

Today is also the day my 3 week old iphone decided to just stop working... and of course it decided to stop working after I left the apple store... so now I have to make another appointment to see someone... and since I happen to be going away this weekend, I'm not 100% sure how that is going to work out for me. Arg.

Now, I'm not blaming apple... because my almost 1 yr old D90 is also making funny sounds...

well, at least my TV still works.
